In Venice, facing the banks of the Schiavoni, the “Al Gabbiano” restaurant casts its gaze to the sea.

From its terrace, you can admire the islands of S.Giorgio Maggiore, the Giudecca island with the “Chiesa dele Zitelle” (Church of the Spinsters), and on the right you can glimpse St. Mark’s with its bell tower, which is just a ten-minute walk away along the bank of the ''Schiavoni''.
Since 2002, management has been handled by the brothers Sandro and Renzo, who ensure prompt and friendly service, in a setting that gives a touch of familiarity and puts the guest at his ease.

Both a tourist’s and an a la carte menu both for lunch and for candlelight dinners are available, with a kitchen that is open non-stop from 12:00 noon until late into the evening. This business decision fully serves the latest habits and trends.
The “Al Gabbiano” is spread out over three dining rooms, with the air-conditioned large dining room with 100 places for banquets, a summer terrace with 120 places, and 60 more new places in the charming Piovan small square.
